Room types
Garden Villa 3+1 — 160 m². A detached villa with three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a dining area. A private terrace and lush surroundings provide extra privacy. Accommodates up to 6 guests.
Grand Villa 4+1 — 305 m². A spacious, premium two-story residence designed for large families and groups. The villa features four bedrooms, a separate living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area includes a private pool and a lounge area with sun loungers. Accommodates up to 8 guests.
Premium Villa 5+1 — 500 m². This space includes five separate bedrooms, two of which are Master Bedrooms, five bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa grounds feature a 55 m² private pool, a garden, and a large terrace with a lounge area. For added convenience, there is an internal elevator and a separate laundry room. Features panoramic views and sea vistas.
